Terms of Service

I will draw, You, Your Family, Your Friends, etc, Animals (feral, furry, anthro, you name it), Bugs, i like bugs a lot, Complex Characters, Mecha, Monsters, Aliens, Simple Characters, Objects, Stickmen, Gore, Violence, Body Horror, Suggestive, Artistic Nudity, Eyestrain, AUs, OCs, basically anything

ORDERING & PRICESIt is your responsibility as the client to relay all information relevant to your order. I will not be held responsible for mistakes made due to lack of clarification and/or references.Payment is 50% upfront, 50% before delivery. I accept payment through Pix, Paypal Invoice and Ko-fi. For BRL prices, click here.Pricing works on an adding-on basis: $20 for a rendered artwork, add $5 for simple background, add $5 for simple character, 'til you have $30 total.I'm open to negotiation, within reason. :) And I'm willing to accept commissions for things that are not written in the price table, such as comics, chibi, digital painting, etc - in which case I'll provide an estimate.I reserve the right to place additional fees based on complexity and/or confidentiality, as I will be giving up the right to promote and advertise myself or my art. Any additional fees will be discussed beforehand.PROCESSOnce I've started to work on your commission, an early sketch will be sent for approval. You are allowed to request for any change or addition at this stage, free of charge. After the sketch is approved, major or numerous changes will be taxed. When the artwork is finished, I will send it to your e-mail after payment is completed.Simpler drawings can take up to 1 or 2 weeks, while more complex drawings can take up to a month. I will usually provide an estimate time for completion, and/or indicate any delay in completing your commission.Specific deadlines may be set by the client, but there may be additional charges depending on how big the project and how soon the deadline is.You may request a WIP at any time, but be aware I am not obligated to comply. Reminders are welcome, within reason.

USAGE POLICYPersonal use of my work is permitted, as long as it is credited to me and/or linked to one of my social media profiles. Including, but not limited to, edits, avatars, digital wallpapers, physical reproductions, and the like.Commissioned art may be reposted by the client, as long as it is credited to me and/or linked to one of my social media profiles.You may not:
1. Claim my work as your own;
2. Repost, modify, redistribute my work, or use my work commercially without permission;
3. Use my work for testing, training or validating artificial intelligence (AI), including, but not limited to, Large Language Models and generative AI, such as AI chatbots and text-to-image models;Non-commercial redistribution (i.e, production of prints, mugs and t-shirts en masse), commercial use and reposts of my work must be done with my knowledge and express permission. Any modifications to my work must be done with my knowledge and express permission.I reserve the right to my work and the right to post it anywhere, unless discussed and agreed otherwise beforehand. Desire to keep a commission private must be communicated by the client.In the case of a custom character/design commission, you retain the rights to the character/design.In the event of violation of my terms of service, refunding, or attempt of chargeback, you agree to give up the rights to usage and ownership of the commissioned artwork/design, giving me full rights to recycle the artwork/design as I see fit.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to have read and accepted all the terms and conditions described herein.
